Bio
I’m an Associate Professor (Reader) in Law & Philosophy at the University of Surrey and a member of the Surrey Centre for Law and Philosophy. Before joining Surrey, I held positions at the Leeds Law School (Leeds Beckett University) and at Maastricht University.
I received my PhD in Law from Edinburgh in 2018 and a Master’s in Theory of the State and Constitutional Law from PUC-Rio, Brazil.
I founded the Legal-Phi blog and co-founded the Legal Philosophy Trident seminar series, which I co-run with Ezequiel Monti and Nina Varsava.
